The automatic transfer switch (ATS) serves as the central intelligence of your generator system. It diligently observes the power supplied by your utility. In the event of a power outage, the ATS seamlessly switches the power source from the utility to your generator. Once the utility power is reinstated, the ATS efficiently shuts down the generator and reverts the power supply back to the utility grid.
